How can I send video of my monitor screen in a chat room?

I know I can send both my voice and video in a chat room but I don’t know how I can send the video of my monitor screen without putting webcam in front of it, can you suggest me a way (maybe a software) to send video of my monitor screen through web in chat room?
Maybe the way will be a complete solution for PowerPoint presentation for online seminars & meetings.
