How to set up web conferencing with relatives from abroad?

Currently, I talk with relatives via skype on a single desktop PC that I own in a room on the 2nd floor (office setting). How to set up web conferencing using a TV and webcam in a living room downstairs (comfortable setting)? Any ideas or referrals from anyone who do so would be appreciated.

My wife is Russian and speaks Russian Language fluently, but I need a teacher to learn Russian basics and grammar while practicing everyday Russian conversation with my wife. I would prefer Russian native speaker, certified Russian Teacher/Tutor with a degree and experience in teaching Russian as a foreign language. I am open to local tutoring or online via Skype or other web conferencing software. Any advice on where I can find one?

Hello, I want to get a laptop for my grandparents and i want them to use skype so i can talk to them here is the specs:

-It’s a compaq persorio v2000
-15.4 inch wide screen
-Windows XP home edition
-70 GB hard drive
-1 GB of RAM
-1.8 ghz AMD Turion x2 64 dual-core mobile processor
-Zone wireless card (note: the laptop dosen’t support wireless so it is an external card)

NOTE: it will only be used for skype and web browsing im buying it new for $250.00 it is not used!!!!!
