And if you have, how much a month is it? I’ve been trying to count calories, but I think I tend to go over, and weight watchers did work for me in the past, but I lost quick interest in trying to count stuff. And I didn’t lose anything fast enough. It was costing a lot driving and paying for the meetings.
Oreo and Sadie both have really good answers that I agree with, but I can’t decide on who to pick, so I hope other people will pick the best one.

NO. No diets do real justice. I had gestational diabetes a few years back and had no choice to watch what I ate. I didn’ think that it could be so easy. I watch what I eat and how much and walk for a half hour a day 5 days a week. I have lost 20 lbs and kept it off for 4 years.

i’m not sure how much it costs monthly, but i don’t think it would be THAT much. however you can do all of the same things they tell you for free. google the diet. be ready to make the change. check out the link below. good luck~!

you can go to wal-mart and buy the book it tells you all you need to know. has all kinds of recipes. my 1st. week i lost 11lbs. it is learning on what to eat and how much to eat. all total i lost 35lbs. and have kept it off, of course you do need to exercise in some way to help tone up.
