I’ve put on 10 to 15 pounds that I’d like to take off. About 8 years ago I went to meetings, and we had the little cardboard thing with the windows… you’d slide the window to the fiber and calories (I think???) and then it would tell you how many points a certain food had.

Are they still using that? And if you join the ww online, do you still get that stuff to help you figure your points or just the ability to go on the website?
Thanks.

Calories is a major topic when it comes to weight loss. We need to know 3 definitions: the volume of calories in our food, the volume of calories a certain physical action expends each hour, and finally our own personal daily limit of calories. The only diet which definitely worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away 25 pounds, it definitely does produce success!
