While in Yahoo Messgenger, we use both web cams and Voice Conferencing. This is a brand new HP Laptop just bought last week. When we try to access the Voice Conferencing feature, we are getting an error message “Computer doesn’t support the required audio compression format” Does anyone know how to turn that on or off for that matter so that that feature works. HELP
