information technology homework help?

cupcake loves MJ: rip angel. asked:

Describe four possible alternative options available instead of face-to-face meetings. [8 marks]

•Telephone meetings do not require the persons involved to be in the same place. Several persons can be contacted at the same time as long as they have access to a telephone line, and they can all talk in real time.

•Web conferencing refers to using the internet to have a live conference with two or more people. This may include the use of microphones and webcams to connect several conference members in real time.

•Discussion boards (such as Wikis) can be used to discuss topics as in a meeting by all the members involved.

I NEED A FOURTH ONE PLEASE :)
